Labor support doula services include 4 prenatal home visits (1 hour each), labor support, and 2 postpartum home visits. During our prenatal home visits, we spend time building rapport with your family, listening to your needs and desires, and making plans for the birth of your dreams.

Your doulas are on call for you after 36 weeks and are ready to support you through active labor, transition, pushing, and the first hour postpartum. This support can look like counterpressure, massage, suggesting position changes, encouraging hydration/rest/nutrition, providing encouragement, managing the timeline, etc.

The postpartum home visit is designed to check-in on the family’s wellbeing, answer questions, provide referrals/resources, and reflect on the birth experience.

Postpartum doula services fill gaps for families who need support with meal prepping, light housekeeping, childcare, or newborn care. We would love to assist you during this special time of healing and bonding to facilitate smooth transitions.

We offer packages of daytime or overnight hours and create goals for the shift based on your family’s needs.
